Processing Time
As many of our pieces are personalised or made to order, processing times may vary depending on the product and quantity.
The estimated turnaround time will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can let you know if your timeline is possible.
Delivery
Available delivery methods and charges will be shown at checkout.
Please remember that delivery time is in addition to production time, so do allow enough time when ordering for birthdays, celebrations, Teacher’s Day or other special occasions.
Self-Collection
If self-collection is available for your order, collection details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arranging collection.
